Fengqi Chaoming

Fengqi Chaoming is a sales office interior design in Chengdu covering 250 square meters. The space is planned as a calm place for the reception of guests, where tea is served away from noise and crowds. A bronze pine tree stands behind the tea table, and one branch and one leaf are extended into a pixel pattern. Four seats in the negotiation area are arranged to keep a sense of privacy. Sanjiang Plum

Sanjiang Plum is a sales office interior in Wenzhou, China, covering 1898 square meters. The design explores Oriental aesthetics in a modern context. An irregular wave shaped ceiling is built from laminated white semi matte custom made aluminum panels, arranged like ripples across the room. The bar counter uses interpenetrating volumes and water textures to add depth. A method of deconstructing curved forms brings movement to a plain square plan. Zhonghai Wanning

Zhonghai Wanning is a sales office interior located in Wanning, Hainan. The project covers 1958 square meters. Curved and flowing lines shape the rooms, and doors modeled on cruise ship openings divide and reorganize the plan. Wood grain aluminum panels cover the walls and ceiling, giving flame retardant and moisture resistant surfaces suited to the tropical climate. The service desk combines jazz white stone with stainless steel. Sandstone, granite, wood and crushed stone recall the former fishing village, while warm lighting supports comfortable conversation.

Hisense Jun He

Hisense Jun He is a sales office interior design covering 500 square meters. Screens with Chinese elements are used as partitions and are set in an orderly array. The hollow pattern is continuous, so light passes through and the space feels open. Wall cabinets are covered with daisy green wall cloth, and light strips are hidden in the compartments. Main materials are limestone with a warm surface, cloth, wood veneer and stainless steel details. The limestone is hung with 5 millimeter dry joints. The layout follows the traditional three-entry courtyard plan.

Wrapped Volumes

Wrapped Volumes is a temporary sales office located on the outskirts of an industrial city. The site has no strong immediate context, so the design takes its cues from the approach road. The movement of the road is translated into a continuous wrapped facade that lifts the structure from the ground. Parts of the wrap form a landscape layer, while other parts act as a protective skin that reduces heat gain from the south. The facade is ribbed plaster, crafted by local craftsmen. The compact interior spaces are washed in natural light.

Nanjing Merchants Yongning House

Nanjing Yongning House is a sales office interior located in Pukou District, Nanjing. The space covers about 23680 square feet and includes a sand table area and a negotiation hall. Restraint guides both the design methods and the material selection. Kedding wood surfaces, titanium-plated stainless steel and marble are used. Refined metal is inlaid into columns and wall lamps through jointing. A metal cell structure orders the irregular areas and forms a transparent composition of void and solid. Grand Canal is a sales office interior located in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China, with an area of 1546 square meters. The design takes water as its main theme and refers to the local canal culture of Hangzhou. Frame is a sales office interior located in Tianjin, China. The space covers 1200 square meters and is arranged on two floors. Seeking Deer is a sales office located in the central area of Shanghai. The interior is divided into two floors. The first floor holds the hall display area and the conversation area, while the second floor holds the reception and office area. A large-scale floor-to-ceiling window opens the second floor toward the double-height conversation area below. The clear glass creates a visual connection between the two levels. A six meter long installation named Deer of Life is set in the second-floor window area, and guests can see the deer from the first floor.

Dongqian Lake

Dongqian Lake is a sales office interior located on the shore of a lake in Ningbo. White and black form the main colors, while blue elements in the art and furniture echo the water outside.
