The design of Hybrid Beauty collection is to use the cuteness as the survival mechanism. Founded cute features are ribbons, ruffles, and flowers, and they are remade by traditional millinery and couture techniques. This recreates old couture techniques to modern hybrid, which is romantic, dark, but also eternal. The whole design process of Hybrid Beauty promotes sustainability to create timeless designs.
Hybrid Beauty Womenswear Collection by Moon Jung Chang has been recognized as a grand representation of fashion design by the A' Design Award. Hybrid Beauty Womenswear Collection was awarded the Golden A' Design Award in Fashion, Apparel and Garment Design in 2020. The A' Fashion, Apparel and Garment Design Award is an international, juried, academic and meritocratic design competition that rewards exceptional design of runway collections, dresses, suits, skirts, outerwear, jackets, apparel, garments and more.
