Cloudy Water Xiaoxiang Shadow
Cloudy Water Xiaoxiang Shadow is a decorative wall panel for home interiors. The panel is made of composite wood and finished with a hand-dripping spray painting technique that uses traditional Chinese ink. The surface recalls the glaze of Tianmu porcelain from the Song Dynasty, with low saturated grey tones and a fine texture. High gloss and silver powder materials add brightness and depth to the colour. The panel offers an alternative to plain solid coloured surfaces and gives living spaces a cultural character.
Cloudy Water Xiaoxiang Shadow Panel by Shanghai Sankeshu Xiaosen New Material Technology Co., Ltd has been identified as a creative example of industrial design by the A' Design Award. Cloudy Water Xiaoxiang Shadow Panel earned the Iron A' Design Award in Building Materials and Construction Components Design in 2024. The A' Building Materials and Construction Components Design Award is an international, juried, academic and meritocratic design prize which recognizes excellent design of bricks, beams, windows, doors, insulation materials, roofing materials, plumbing fixtures, electrical components and more.
