Chained
Chained is a face mask designed for daily protection and comfort. The mask is sewn with a double layer of antiviral fabric and has an opening at the lower edge, where a third layer such as a tissue or a piece of a surgical mask can be inserted. The right side carries a hand-drawn jaw line, human teeth and a chequered pattern in synthetic leather. The left side is trimmed with two strips of nickel silver chain, and a third strip passes around the back. Chenille straps allow the mask to be worn on the ears or hung around the neck.
Chained Mask by Noelle Ulian de Freitas has been recognized as an outstanding illustration of communication design by the A' Design Award & Competition.
