Everything
Everything is a set of two books about traditional Chinese culture. The twelve earthly branches form the main content, combined with the seasons, the solar terms and the Chinese zodiac. Each book measures 170 by 300 by 25 millimetres and is made of wood and special paper. The binding follows the folding form of ancient Chinese books, so the pages turn easily and can be opened in part or in full. Production includes laser engraving, laser printing, creasing and hot stamping. The layout uses hand-drawn graphics, texture art and high grey tones.
Everything Book by Na An was recognized as a grand representation of communication design by the A' Design Award. Everything Book was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in Print and Published Media Design in 2020. The A' Print and Published Media Design Award is a juried, academic and highly prestigious design recognition program that celebrates excellent design of brochures, posters, magazines, catalogs, flyers, business cards, billboards, books and more.
