Inside Muses
Inside Muses is a book created for K11 Musea, a retail and dining space in Hong Kong that promotes contemporary art and design. The publication features works from the four muses of the retail concept: Architecture, Furniture, Nature and Art. Storytelling, illustration and photography present each theme, and the unconventional format invites readers to explore new perspectives. Circle graphics on the cover represent the spheres of the four muses. The regular edition is hand sewn, while the hardcover edition is encased in a clear acrylic box similar to a display vitrine.
Inside Muses Book by Toby Ng Design has been recognized as an outstanding illustration of communication design by the A' Design Awards. Inside Muses Book won the Golden A' Design Award in Print and Published Media Design in 2021. The A' Print and Published Media Design Award is a highly prestigious international design prize that recognizes excellent design of brochures, posters, magazines, catalogs, flyers, business cards, billboards, books and more.
