Fight Together
Fight Together is an office interior covering 280 square meters in Nanjing. The plan uses curved arcs based on the idea of yin and yang to divide the space into two main areas and four parts. A cloudlike structure of blocks and planes is inserted into the original empty box, and furniture completes the layout. Red and white surfaces create a clear contrast. Compact workstations with narrow widths support communication and raise the use of the space. Materials include a steel frame, carpet, tempered glass and latex paint. Existing structural columns are absorbed into the design.
Fight Together Office by Sheng Tao has been highlighted as an exceptional illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Fight Together Office won the Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2020. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a juried, academic and highly prestigious design prize that recognizes excellent design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
