Penguin Thermo Jug

Penguin

Penguin is a thermo jug shaped like a polar penguin. The rounded body and the tilted form give the jug a warm and friendly appearance. The handle is set perpendicular to the center of gravity, so the jug leans forward when held and can be used easily by children and older people. The front of the lid is raised like a beak to keep dust away from the spout. The raised back of the lid makes the lid easy to screw on. The shell is made of polypropylene, and the copper-plated double layer glass tank keeps water at 80 degrees Celsius for six hours.

Penguin Thermo Jug by Fa Zaiyong was identified as a creative example of industrial design by the A' Design Awards. Penguin Thermo Jug won the Silver A' Design Award in Bakeware, Tableware, Drinkware and Cookware Design in 2020. The A' Bakeware, Tableware, Drinkware and Cookware Design Award is a juried, academic and highly prestigious design accolade that recognizes excellent design of pots, pans, cutlery, plates, bowls, glasses, baking dishes, graters and more.
