Zongyinei
Zongyinei is a Hong Kong style restaurant interior located in Shanghai. The design covers 300 square meters and uses an open plan that separates and links areas to suit varied dining needs. Arched forms run through the space as a unifying theme, including a colorful arch at the entrance. Coral pink is the main color, combined with peacock blue details and black and white textured stone. Mirrors, metal lines and hidden light strips extend the space visually. Shaped wall panels and retro lamps add depth and a romantic atmosphere.
Zongyinei Restaurant by Jianing Cui was selected as an exceptional example of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Zongyinei Restaurant earned the Silver A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2020. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a juried, academic and highly prestigious design accolade that celebrates exceptional design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
