Grajang LubLae Collection
LubLae is a collection of jewelry inspired by traditional Thai patterns, jewelry and lore. The traditional Grajang tracery is reinterpreted in a modern form and stacked into overlapping layers, creating an elaborate pattern and an illusion of depth. Traditional motifs are simplified and combined with contemporary trends and modern production methods, giving the aesthetics of Thai arts a wider appeal. The pieces are made of 925 silver, ornamented with 9k and 14k gold and semi-precious stones. Computer aided design and rapid prototyping support the production.
Grajang LubLae Collection Jewelry by SONTAYA PANSUPA was highlighted as a grand illustration of fashion design by the A' Design Awards. Grajang LubLae Collection Jewelry received the Golden A' Design Award in Jewelry Design in 2020. The A' Jewelry Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design accolade which recognizes exceptional design of rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, brooches, pendants, cufflinks, anklets and more.
