Yedao Lugui Baijiu
Yedao Lugui Baijiu is a packaging design for a liquor brand from Hainan Province in southern China. Eight well-known scenic spots of Hainan are presented as illustrations on the front of the glass bottle. The neck label is set apart by a different colour. The outer box is made of acrylic and paper, so the illustrated bottle inside can be clearly seen. Gold stamping and silk printing are applied to the box, and the bottle is finished with a roasted flower craft. The simple blue colour scheme reflects the local culture and tourism of Hainan.
Yedao Lugui Baijiu Beverage by Wen Liu has been selected as an outstanding representation of communication design by the A' Design Awards. Yedao Lugui Baijiu Beverage received the Silver A' Design Award in Packaging Design in 2020. The A' Packaging Design Award is a juried, academic and highly prestigious design recognition program which celebrates exceptional design of bottles, boxes, cans, pouches, tubes, cartons, wrappers, bags and more.
