Eson Optical and Cafe

Eson Optical and Cafe is a concept store that combines eyewear retail with a boutique coffee bar. The interior is arranged as a sequence of areas for coffee, rest, display and eyewear fitting, so the plan unfolds step by step. Framed sightlines guide attention toward the eyewear on display. Light, transparency and tactile materials shape each scene and give the interior a vibrant character. The design reflects contemporary youth culture and offers an urban commercial space with quality, diversity and vitality.

Eson Optical and Cafe Eyewear Retail and Coffee by MU QIAO has been featured as a grand representation of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. Eson Optical and Cafe Eyewear Retail and Coffee received the Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2026. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design competition which rewards excellent design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
