Campus F03
The seven story Campus F.03 building was developed with a focus on the street frontage, presenting a dynamic and rhythmic facade with a gradual transition between elevations, merging structure and elegance through sleek modern finishes and warm wood accents. The structural frame, defined by pillars and beams, creates a rhythmic composition across the facade, gradually fragmenting toward the upper floors, with an interplay between solid and void achieved through walls, glass, and open spaces between pillars.
Campus F03 Residential Building by Sérgio Manuel Nobre was recognized as an innovative representation of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. Campus F03 Residential Building earned the Iron A' Design Award in Architecture, Building and Structure Design in 2026. The A' Architecture, Building and Structure Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design competition that celebrates superior design of skyscrapers, museums, residential buildings, commercial complexes, educational institutions, religious structures, infrastructure designs, landscaping projects and more.
