Kaisen Viking Iroha
Kaisen Viking Iroha is a high capacity buffet restaurant that redefines dining as a spatial and urban experience. A centrally positioned buffet counter organizes circulation into a continuous loop, reducing congestion while enhancing clarity. The design integrates panoramic views of Tokyo Dome City as an active component of the interior, transforming the city into a dynamic backdrop. Natural stone and end-grain wood introduce durability and material depth. The project elevates buffet dining into an immersive spatial system.
Kaisen Viking Iroha Restaurant Interior by Daiki Inoshita has been featured as a creative illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. Kaisen Viking Iroha Restaurant Interior received the Silver A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2026. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a highly prestigious, international, juried design accolade which rewards excellent design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
