Condominio Cascais
Condominio Cascais is a residential development in the coastal region of Cascais, Portugal, designed by Brazilian architect David Bastos. Set on a sloping site overlooking the Atlantic, the villas are arranged in terraces to preserve open views toward the sea and the Farol da Guia. Each unit integrates private gardens and pools within natural stone and wood structures. The design connects architecture and landscape, emphasizing openness, privacy, and continuous contact with nature.
