Lidu 1308
Lidu 1308 is a packaging design for a Chinese spirit. The design unites Jingdezhen porcelain craft and Lidu brewing tradition. The ceramic bottle holds 500 ml and carries Yuan Dynasty blue and white dragon motifs with underglaze painting and an embedded golden seal. The metal alloy cap is engraved with characters inspired by movable type printing. The outer case is made of rigid board wrapped in silk textured material, decorated with twin dragons in blue relief and gold stamping. A rotating opening structure reveals the bottle for display.
Lidu 1308 Alcoholic Beverage Packaging by Junjian Wan was selected as an exceptional representation of communication design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Lidu 1308 Alcoholic Beverage Packaging was awarded the Golden A' Design Award in Packaging Design in 2026. The A' Packaging Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design competition which honors superior design of bottles, boxes, cans, pouches, tubes, cartons, wrappers, bags and more.
