Nest Within
Nest Within reimagines the home by expanding shared communal areas while reducing the footprint of private rooms. Designed around family life, the residence utilizes sleek glass partitions that allow for visual connection with only a subtle sense of separation. The use of natural materials, such as Shirasu Kabe, boosts indoor comfort and sustainability. Ultimately, this architecture is more than just a house; it is a dedicated sanctuary crafted for daily bonding, shared rituals, and deep emotional resonance.
Nest Within Residential Space by Tzu Chun Lo has been recognized as an exceptional example of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Nest Within Residential Space earned the Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2026. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, juried, academic and meritocratic design recognition program which celebrates outstanding design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
