Sakura Nest
Sakura Nest is a mixed-use development that combines residential, office and commercial spaces in Adana. The site covers 23,585 square meters and holds eight residential blocks with 59 units, 10,000 square meters of commercial area and 600 square meters of social facilities. Organic forms and layered terraces replace rigid grid geometry. Reinforced concrete forms the structure, and the facade uses insulated glass with aluminum cladding. Passive shading, green terraces and rooftop gardens support energy efficiency.
Sakura Nest Mixed Used by Reacto Architect & Design has been identified as an innovative illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. Sakura Nest Mixed Used received the Silver A' Design Award in Construction and Real Estate Projects Design in 2026. The A' Construction and Real Estate Projects Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design competition that honors superior design of residential complexes, commercial buildings, industrial properties, Mixed-Use developments, hospitality establishments, educational facilities, healthcare centers, infrastructure projects and more.
