One Majesty
One Majesty is a residential interior design for a villa in Beijing. The interior covers approximately 400 square meters and includes a foyer, reception, living and dining areas, a study, bedrooms and lounge zones. Carrara marble, brushed brass, matte steel, velvet, carved hardwood, crystal lighting and vintage wallpaper are combined through layering and site-specific installation. Zones are defined by materials and light, while seating and circulation follow clear sightlines. The design joins classical elegance with contemporary luxury.
One Majesty Residential by Ni Zhi has been recognized as a grand representation of architectural design by the A' Design Award. One Majesty Residential won the Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2026. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, meritocratic, just and fair design prize that rewards outstanding design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
