Frequency
Frequency is a limited edition furniture collection composed of a lounge chair, lamp, chair, and side table, each inspired by sound frequencies associated with healing and emotional balance. Made from polished aluminum, the pieces were developed using sound visualizers and digital modeling, then crafted through traditional casting techniques. The collection transforms intangible sound waves into tactile, sculptural forms that invite sensory interaction and emotional connection.
Frequency Furniture by Sebastián Ángeles was selected as an innovative example of industrial design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Frequency Furniture received the Silver A' Design Award in Furniture Design in 2026. The A' Furniture Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design prize which recognizes superior design of chairs, tables, sofas, beds, cabinets, shelves, desks, wardrobes and more.
