Sergio Dalla Riva
Sergio Dalla Riva is a packaging design for a range of coffee products, including ground coffee bags, pouches, sachets and capsule boxes. A matte black background is combined with gold typography and Italian tricolour accents to express heritage and quality. Colour accents identify each blend, while a flavour profile chart, a roast strength scale and brewing instructions are printed on the reverse. Pouches are made of laminated flexible material and capsule boxes of rigid cardboard. Offset printing, UV spot finishing and gold hot foil stamping are used.
Sergio Dalla Riva Coffee by Olha Takhtarova was featured as an exceptional illustration of communication design by the A' Design Award. Sergio Dalla Riva Coffee earned the Iron A' Design Award in Packaging Design in 2025. The A' Packaging Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design competition that honors outstanding design of bottles, boxes, cans, pouches, tubes, cartons, wrappers, bags and more.
