Traeckaja 25
The architectural concept is a modern reinterpretation of the traditional brick building of the Grodno city center, avoiding stylization and a pseudo-historical approach. Despite its modernity, the building is subject to height and other restrictions, and it reacts contextually to the historical past and neighboring buildings. The silhouette of the building is carefully formed taking into account the preservation of the tree located within the boundaries of the site.
Traeckaja 25 Commercial Building by Viktar Varabei has been featured as an innovative example of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. Traeckaja 25 Commercial Building was awarded the Silver A' Design Award in Architecture, Building and Structure Design in 2025. The A' Architecture, Building and Structure Design Award is a highly prestigious, international, juried design accolade which rewards exceptional design of skyscrapers, museums, residential buildings, commercial complexes, educational institutions, religious structures, infrastructure designs, landscaping projects and more.
