Open Mind Coffee
The design redefines boundaries by integrating architecture, interior, and landscape, creating a glowing glass box that appears to float within the space. Flexible layouts, material transitions, and strategic lighting blur functional zones, while seamless glass walls connect the interior and exterior, enhancing openness and flow. Combining cafe, casual dining, reading, and exhibition functions, the space offers a comfortable, interactive experience that fosters social interaction, relaxation, and exploration, inviting users to embrace a sense of freedom and endless possibilities.
Open Mind Coffee Cafe Bar by Kris Lin has been selected as a grand illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Award. Open Mind Coffee Cafe Bar was awarded the Silver A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2025. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, juried, academic and meritocratic design prize which recognizes exceptional design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
