Rotunda
Rotunda is a sales center interior that also serves as a clubhouse and exhibition space. The design is organized around a central circular hall, which acts as the visual focus and connects the meeting rooms, lounges and offices. A waterfall-inspired lighting feature illuminates the hall. Iridescent glass panels and mirrored ceilings shape the atmosphere, and the glass is recyclable. Large glass panels were bent to follow the curved walls. The open and fluid layout supports art exhibitions and social interaction.
Rotunda Sale Center by Kris Lin was featured as an innovative example of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. Rotunda Sale Center won the Golden A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2025. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a juried, academic and highly prestigious design prize that rewards outstanding design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
