Eclipse
Eclipse is the interior design of a two-story house of 95.8 square meters in Taiwan. The home holds a living room, a dining room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The concept is drawn from a total solar eclipse. Dark wood veneer is the main material, and linear lighting forms a soft halo effect. The staircase beside the entrance shifts from dark veneer to warm wood grain, glass and white paint, ending at a window. A television wall rotates 360 degrees, and the kitchen island extends into a dining table, linking the kitchen, dining room and living room.
Eclipse Residence by AN.J studio has been featured as an outstanding example of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Eclipse Residence earned the Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2025. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design award which rewards excellent design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
