Atlas
Atlas is a multifunctional bed designed for babies, children and teenagers. The bed is wide enough for a parent to sleep beside a child when needed. Atlas can be used with a bedside cradle during the newborn period, and later with attachable safety barriers that support both safety and independence. The bed is made entirely of oak wood and finished with a water based varnish that contains no lead. Edges and lines are rounded, and the slats are closely spaced. Rounded feet and a panel under the bed distribute weight evenly for long term use.
Atlas Multifunctional Bed by Harun Ayaydın has been highlighted as a grand representation of industrial design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Atlas Multifunctional Bed won the Silver A' Design Award in Baby, Kids' and Children's Products Design in 2025. The A' Baby, Kids and Children's Products Design Award is a juried, academic and highly prestigious design recognition program that honors excellent design of strollers, car seats, baby monitors, high chairs, baby bottles, pacifiers, diapers, baby clothes and more.
