Essencare
The Aesthetic Medical Clinic in Taoyuan, Taiwan, reimagines industrial heritage by drawing inspiration from historical flour factories. Its design features large columns and lush greenery, fostering harmony between humanity and nature. A central patio allows sunlight to create a vertical forest ambiance, reflecting seasonal changes. The entrance's Water Ripple Device and mechanical light tubes produce an underwater effect. This design creates an organic, migratory space where visitors can find sanctuary amidst urban memories, blending past narratives with a harmonious future.
Essencare Aesthetic Medical Clinic by UNDER ROOF was highlighted as an innovative example of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. Essencare Aesthetic Medical Clinic was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2025. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a highly prestigious, international, juried design recognition program which celebrates superior design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
