The design team campaign ingeniously combined bold illustrations with a cheerful atmosphere, aiming to debunk covid-19 myths and promote cat adoption. Research-driven, it uncovered misconceptions, leading to impactful messaging and product line development. Through a vibrant marketing approach and a successful charity bazaar, the campaign not only raised funds but also challenged societal beliefs, fostering a more informed and compassionate community.
Cats in a Box Communication Design by Daniel da Hora has been identified as a grand illustration of communication design by the A' Design Award. Cats in a Box Communication Design earned the Iron A' Design Award in Advertising, Marketing and Communication Design in 2024. The A' Advertising, Marketing and Communication Design Award is an international, juried, academic and meritocratic design recognition program which celebrates outstanding design of advertisement campaigns, billboards, commercials, print ads, social media campaigns, direct mails, radio spots, email marketing, outdoor advertising and more.
