Jade Villa
Jade Villa is a residential complex designed as a three dimensional eco house. The project takes inspiration from the landscape of Wu Hu and places a hanging garden along the east west axis, giving each unit a private garden with a storey height of 6.2 metres. High performance concrete and low polluting building materials are used. A rainwater harvesting system, green vegetation and a rain garden support ecological restoration. Open transitional spaces link interior and exterior areas and encourage contact between neighbours. The interior layout is adjustable for flexible use of space.
Jade Villa Three Dimensional Eco-House by TOPWAY was featured as an exceptional illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. Jade Villa Three Dimensional Eco-House received the Bronze A' Design Award in Construction and Real Estate Projects Design in 2024. The A' Construction and Real Estate Projects Design Award is an international, juried, academic and meritocratic design prize which recognizes outstanding design of residential complexes, commercial buildings, industrial properties, Mixed-Use developments, hospitality establishments, educational facilities, healthcare centers, infrastructure projects and more.
