Tang Da Li
Tang Da Li is a brand identity program that merges classical and modern graphic elements. The design reflects the diversity and openness of the Tang Dynasty. The brand name plays on the similar sound of Tang, which refers both to the dynasty and to sugar, giving the name a humorous tone. Tang Dynasty mural figures and traditional frames are combined with a contemporary layout. Printing is carried out with high quality methods on recyclable substrates. The identity is applied to posters and to packaging in large and small sizes.
Tang Da Li Brand Identity by sxdesign has been selected as a grand representation of communication design by the A' Design Award. Tang Da Li Brand Identity received the Bronze A' Design Award in Graphics, Illustration and Visual Communication Design in 2024. The A' Graphics, Illustration and Visual Communication Design Award is a juried, academic and highly prestigious design accolade which recognizes outstanding design of logos, posters, infographics, brochures, packaging designs, business cards, book covers, billboards and more.
