Bathing Forest
Bathing Forest is a residential apartment interior of 67 square meters. The master bedroom was reduced in size to create a dressing room, and a Tatami room with a high rack and sliding doors was added for fitness, guest and leisure use. Cement texture and wood grain surfaces give a soft and relaxed atmosphere, while green paint defines the bedroom. A corridor wall was removed and replaced with glass panels and iron display cabinets to increase brightness. Large mirrors enlarge the sense of space and assist exercise at home.
Bathing Forest Residential Apartment by Ting Chin Wang was highlighted as a grand example of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. Bathing Forest Residential Apartment received the Iron A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2024. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, juried, academic and meritocratic design competition which recognizes exceptional design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
