Healing in Nature
Guangzhou Royal Lee Cancer Hospital is a private high-end oncology hospital, designers introduced the concept of garden hospital in this project, through the entrance courtyard, roof garden, and three-dimensional greening on the façade, the whole hospital area is integrated with the greening in three dimensions, and becomes a warm ecological healing place. The design also implements this concept in three dimensions: architecture, interior, and landscape.
Healing in Nature Hospital by AIA Life Designers has been highlighted as an outstanding representation of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Healing in Nature Hospital earned the Silver A' Design Award in Architecture, Building and Structure Design in 2024. The A' Architecture, Building and Structure Design Award is an international, juried, academic and meritocratic design award which rewards exceptional design of skyscrapers, museums, residential buildings, commercial complexes, educational institutions, religious structures, infrastructure designs, landscaping projects and more.
