Jinglan Bay Art
Jinglan Bay Art is a sales center interior located in Liuzhou, a mountainous area with winding waters. The interior covers 1705 square meters and includes reception, sales, display, digital media and VIP areas. Rather than copying the landscape through shapes, light and shadow are used to suggest high mountains and deep water. Black terrazzo is polished to a mirror finish, so the outdoor scenery and the movement of visitors are reflected. Raw stone at the entrance creates the depth of a valley. Other materials include chiseled marble, mineral paint, black wood and oak.
Jinglan Bay Art Museum by Nic Lee has been highlighted as a creative representation of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. Jinglan Bay Art Museum was awarded the Silver A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2024. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design award which celebrates exceptional design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
