Shede Spirit Oriental Wisdom
Shede Spirit Oriental Wisdom is a gift box created for a Chinese spirits product. The design links the brand with Weiqi, the board game also known as Go. The spirits bottles are shaped like black and white Weiqi stones, and the rounded forms are comfortable to hold. Opening the box reveals a classic Weiqi game shown in graphic form. Weiqi stone bowls and a Weiqi board are included, so the game can be played while the spirits are enjoyed. The box is made of kraft paper corrugated board to limit material waste.
Shede Spirit Oriental Wisdom Packaging by Sichuan ZhuoYue Cultural Creativity Development Co., Ltd was highlighted as an innovative representation of communication design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Shede Spirit Oriental Wisdom Packaging earned the Silver A' Design Award in Packaging Design in 2024. The A' Packaging Design Award is a juried, academic and highly prestigious design award which recognizes excellent design of bottles, boxes, cans, pouches, tubes, cartons, wrappers, bags and more.
