Rock and Wood
Rock and Wood is a residential interior design for a townhouse. The scheme continues the raw concrete of the central patio into the indoor rooms. Black and yellow stripes on the living room television wall create a warm and distinct character. The wall behind the sofa is covered with black melamine board with a stone texture. In the master bedroom, a material that imitates raw concrete is used. Wood grain, black stone and sandstone-like surfaces are combined throughout. Careful division of the panel sizes keeps the lines natural.
Rock and Wood Interior Design by Jing-Li Liang has been highlighted as an outstanding example of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. Rock and Wood Interior Design was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2023.
