AI Conversational Banking
Bella is a mobile banking application based on a conversational interface. Banking services are delivered through text chat and voice commands instead of menus and buttons. Customers can check account balances, make payments, save, invest, donate and request financial advice by typing or speaking a simple instruction. The application confirms each request before carrying it out, and a virtual assistant supports related lifestyle actions. The design aims to make banking more natural, accessible and convenient for everyday use.
AI Conversational Banking Mobile App by UXDA was identified as an exceptional example of communication design by the A' Design Awards. AI Conversational Banking Mobile App received the Golden A' Design Award in Mobile Technologies, Applications and Software Design in 2023.
