Rocha Cook
Rocha Cook is a restaurant built in a mountain depression near Chengdu, China. The project is the reconstruction of an old house surrounded by forest, on a site that overlooks the city below. White walls are arranged in a scattered geometric pattern and form barriers that let light and shadow pass through the gaps. The structure is poured in concrete, and the outer walls are finished with white art paint. The building area is 266 square meters and the building height is 6.9 meters. The design follows a naturalist approach.
