Buddy
Buddy Workwear is a brand identity created for a workwear manufacturer in Germany. The name Buddy forms the core of the identity and is derived from the former company name. Dark blue serves as the main color and lets the products and photographs stand out, while light blue is used as an accent and highlight color. The two colors complement each other like buddies. Clear typography and plain wording support the direct attitude of the brand. The identity is applied to printed brochures, a website, a video and a social media campaign.
Buddy Brand Identity by Pilotfisch GmbH & Co. KG was highlighted as an outstanding illustration of communication design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Buddy Brand Identity won the Silver A' Design Award in Advertising, Marketing and Communication Design in 2022. The A' Advertising, Marketing and Communication Design Award is a juried, academic and highly prestigious design recognition program that recognizes exceptional design of advertisement campaigns, billboards, commercials, print ads, social media campaigns, direct mails, radio spots, email marketing, outdoor advertising and more.
