Lovin Maris Villas
Quark was chosen for the architecture and interior design of the Lovin Maris Villas. The project consists of 14 modern style villas situated in a quiet, seaside neighborhood in Istanbul. Quarks design concept for this project integrates minimalist aesthetics and comfort with the geographic position of the villas. The positioning of the villas, overlooking the Marmara Sea, combined with large windows, LED cove lighting and spotlighting offers an eye friendly interior. The warm color palette used in the villas is complemented by the use of organic materials and natural textures.
Lovin Maris Villas Residential Development by Quark Studio Architects has been recognized as an exceptional representation of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. Lovin Maris Villas Residential Development earned the Iron A' Design Award in Architecture, Building and Structure Design in 2022. The A' Architecture, Building and Structure Design Award is a highly prestigious international design accolade which celebrates exceptional design of skyscrapers, museums, residential buildings, commercial complexes, educational institutions, religious structures, infrastructure designs, landscaping projects and more.
