PurPle Jade Villa
Purple Jade Villa is a residential landscape design for a villa community in Beijing. The project forms the fifth and final phase of the development and continues the forest park theme of the earlier phases. Four single villas enclose water features fed by the lake within the site. Planting is dense and includes rare trees and other rare plants. Peacocks, cranes and wild birds live in the grounds. Waterfront and courtyard house types balance open views with privacy. The design was started in 2010 and completed in 2021.
PurPle Jade Villa Residential Landscape by NATSUKI MORIBA was recognized as a creative example of architectural design by the A' Design Award. PurPle Jade Villa Residential Landscape earned the Bronze A' Design Award in Landscape Planning and Garden Design in 2022.
