Ripples
Ripples is a jewelry set that includes a necklace and a pair of earrings. The set is made of 18K gold, jadeite and diamonds. The jadeite is cut to reveal natural inclusions that resemble aquatic plants seen through water. A total of 189 princess cut diamonds are slotted along one edge, so the layers mimic waves expanding outward. The necklace is built around a hollow gold tube that bends slightly and keeps the weight low. Five layers follow the curves of the body for comfortable wear. The design is inspired by a spring pond touched by wind.
Ripples Jewelry by Yingting Yang has been featured as an innovative illustration of fashion design by the A' Design Award. Ripples Jewelry earned the Bronze A' Design Award in Jewelry Design in 2022. The A' Jewelry Design Award is a highly prestigious, international, juried design prize which rewards exceptional design of rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, brooches, pendants, cufflinks, anklets and more.
