Seaside Town
The Seaside Town project is defined by five types of villas, each of which has its own characteristics that distinguish it from the others. But at the same time, the idea and physical program follows almost the same principles. With the help of each volume orientation, all villas benefit from views of both the city and the sea. As for privacy matters based on the location and culture the site provides, it was required to make sure each building and its views will not hurt other villas’ privacies or views, the buildings are close to each other by only one elevation that does not have any doors.
Seaside Town Urban Design by Kalbod Studio was selected as a grand representation of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. Seaside Town Urban Design won the Silver A' Design Award in Construction and Real Estate Projects Design in 2023. The A' Construction and Real Estate Projects Design Award is a highly prestigious international design recognition program which recognizes exceptional design of residential complexes, commercial buildings, industrial properties, Mixed-Use developments, hospitality establishments, educational facilities, healthcare centers, infrastructure projects and more.
