Guangzhou Agile Riverside Park Sales Gallery

S.U.N DESIGN INC. Sales Gallery Interior

Guangzhou Agile Riverside Park

Guangzhou Agile Riverside Park is a sales gallery located in Conghua, Guangzhou, completed in 2021. The interior draws on the local heritage of traditional Chinese painting and on the riverside setting, where residents once travelled by boat and watched the sunset. Landscape and garden elements are reinterpreted indoors, with forms based on boats, water waves and sunset shadows. A large feature hangs above the model display area. Three lining materials were tested, and the lightest one was chosen so that the feature moves gently with the breeze passing from outside to inside.

Guangzhou Agile Riverside Park Sales Gallery by S.U.N DESIGN INC. has been highlighted as an innovative example of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Guangzhou Agile Riverside Park Sales Gallery earned the Silver A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2022. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design award that recognizes outstanding design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
