Platinum and Stone Sentiment

Platinum and Stone Sentiment is a residential interior design for a single-storey home of about 110 square meters in Hsinchu County, Taiwan. The layout and circulation were adjusted to suit daily needs, with an enlarged kitchen and an aligned axis linking the kitchen island, the dining table and the dining area. Spanish marble forms the main living room wall and the dining tabletop. The kitchen island is a three-way cabinet with thin slate panels, holding a wine cabinet, two drawers for dining ware and an appliance cabinet. Calm linear forms are combined with light classical details.

Platinum and Stone Sentiment Interior Design by Chou, Shu-Lung was featured as a creative illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Platinum and Stone Sentiment Interior Design earned the Iron A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2022. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a juried, academic and highly prestigious design prize which celebrates excellent design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
