SBOF Mortgage
SBOF Mortgage is a web interface for the electronic registration of mortgages and the removal of real estate encumbrances. The system lets bank employees and customers submit applications for state registration remotely and track their status. Each employee receives an electronic signature and a personal account, and tasks are assigned automatically by status and priority. Application data is taken from the bank lending systems, so forms are filled in automatically and repeat applications take only a few minutes. The layout adapts to desktop, tablet and smartphone screens.
SBOF Mortgage Electronic Registration by Liubov Maximenkova has been selected as an innovative representation of communication design by the A' Design Awards. SBOF Mortgage Electronic Registration earned the Iron A' Design Award in Interface, Interaction and User Experience Design in 2022. The A' Interface, Interaction and User Experience Design Award is an international, meritocratic, just and fair design recognition program which celebrates superior design of websites, mobile applications, software interfaces, game interfaces, wearable interfaces, virtual reality interfaces, augmented reality interfaces, dashboard designs and more.
