The Hyatt Residence
The Hyatt Residence is a three-storey home interior covering 360 square metres. The design meets the different needs of family members, allowing them to live together while keeping relatively independent spaces. The layout suits ageing life over the coming decades and serves people of different ages. The original separate three-storey pattern is broken by floors of varied shapes and sizes, which create rich spatial layers. A concrete stair was removed so a lift could be installed, and a new stair links the first and second floors.
The Hyatt Residence House by Li Lang was featured as an innovative representation of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. The Hyatt Residence House earned the Iron A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2022. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a juried, academic and highly prestigious design award which celebrates exceptional design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
