Fragrance Gallery
Fragrance Gallery is a retail interior for a perfume brand in Beijing, covering 314 square meters. The space is arranged as an art gallery rather than as a conventional shop. The entrance is built from about 5,000 recycled perfume bottles, forming a media structure that changes color day and night. In the main hall, a curved surface 20 meters long carries digital projections of perfume textures and information on history and raw materials. The design combines visual, sound, scent and interactive elements, and guides visitors along a self-guided tour.
Fragrance Gallery Retail Store by Yuan JIANG，Chen SONG was recognized as a grand representation of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. Fragrance Gallery Retail Store was awarded the Silver A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2022. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a juried, academic and highly prestigious design recognition program that recognizes superior design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
