37 Interactive Entertainment HQ is a high-rise headquarters building in China. Modules are used across the plan and the elevation, which reduces construction time and cost while keeping the quality of the work. Office modules, conference modules and event modules are arranged within a standard rectangular space, and their number and position can be changed on typical floors. A modular facade system responds to the climate of the Lingnan region. The shading pattern is denser on the east side than on the west, so natural light is kept while solar radiation and energy use are reduced.

37 Interactive Entertainment HQ Highrise Building by Guowei Zhang has been identified as a grand illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. 37 Interactive Entertainment HQ Highrise Building won the Golden A' Design Award in Architecture, Building and Structure Design in 2022. The A' Architecture, Building and Structure Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design competition which honors outstanding design of skyscrapers, museums, residential buildings, commercial complexes, educational institutions, religious structures, infrastructure designs, landscaping projects and more.
