NewForm
NewForm is a showroom interior for an Italian bathroom product brand, covering 224 square meters in Shanghai. The design follows the brand idea of origin in nature. The plan and the visitor route are based on an alternation of light and dark, dividing the store into several linked spaces. A circular room holds a hanging art installation called Dance of Water, which resembles a water drop under the lights. A small arched window with Chinese bamboo frames a living landscape. A dark green wall and green plants run through the gallery area, where products are shown in varied settings.
NewForm Exhibition Space by Farnear International Design Center has been recognized as an outstanding representation of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. NewForm Exhibition Space earned the Silver A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2022. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a highly prestigious, international, juried design competition which celebrates superior design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
