Hankol Liquor
Hankol is a packaging design for a sauce-flavour liquor. The name refers to a person who drinks boldly and happily, which reflects the people-oriented spirit of the brand. The concept originates from blind taste. Positive and negative figures are combined, and the silhouette of the founder is placed in the negative shape to express the idea of not forgetting the original intention. Chinese calligraphy and a seal are used in the typeface. The outer box is made of environmentally friendly EPP material, and a metal logo is inlaid on the front surface.
Hankol Liquor Packaging Design by Chen Yue was recognized as a grand illustration of communication design by the A' Design Awards. Hankol Liquor Packaging Design won the Silver A' Design Award in Packaging Design in 2021. The A' Packaging Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design accolade which celebrates superior design of bottles, boxes, cans, pouches, tubes, cartons, wrappers, bags and more.
